The Bethany Beach Bungalow in the popular Sea Colony Tennis Community is a beautifully renovated "Vista" condo and is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation in The Quiet Resorts. The Bethany Beach Bungalow is a "Gold" rated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Vista model nestled on Heron Lake with a large screened wraparound porch facing west for you to watch the sunset.
The Bungalow comfortably sleeps 9 (plus a pack 'n play for your baby) and was recently renovated with all new furnishings, coordinated artwork and a fully stocked kitchen. The location on Sanddollar Court is a short walk to the aquatic center, fitness center, tennis center, several pools, walking paths and the free shuttle (shuttle stop steps away) to 1/2 mile of guarded private beach. This is a private condo being offered for rent by the owner.

Sea Colony is in Bethany Beach, Delaware, which is part of the Quiet Resorts, a seven-mile stretch of sandy Atlantic Ocean beaches in the southeastern corner of Delaware, and includes South Bethany and Fenwick. Sea Colony is the ideal vacation place for families who enjoy the ocean, water activities, tennis, golf, swimming, bike riding, rollerblading, outdoor activities, great seafood and outlet shopping.
