Bethany Beach Bungalow floor plan
Here's a look at the layout of the Bethany Beach Bungalow. It's on the ground floor, with about 5 steps up, and is nestled against a stand of pine trees on the window side and fronts on the edge of Heron Lake. There is a generous-sized wraparound screened porch with a heavy dining table and comfortable Adirondack chairs.
Living Room/Dining Room
The Bethany Beach Bungalow features an open kitchen, living room & dining room floor plan, ideal for entertaining the family. The dining room table has comfortable seating for 8. The comfy living room is centered around a TV and fireplace and opens to the wraparound screened porch. You will also find a chestful of games, DVD's, a poker set and a shelf of beach reading!
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom offers a King bed, ceiling fan, sitting area, TV with DVD player, walk-in closet, large bathroom with separate toilet area, jacuzzi tub, shower stall and his and hers sinks.
Queen Guest Bedroom
The Queen Guest Bedroom features a comfy Queen bed, colorful Caribbean flavored furniture, TV, large closet, ceiling fan and big window. The Queen Bedroom has french doors and opens to the living room.
Twin Beds Guest Room
The Twin Beds Guest Room has twin beds and a rollout trundle bed. Across the hall is the second full bath, which also has the laundry room, with a full size washer and brand new dryer. This room also features a pull out trundle. A ceiling fan keeps the room cool and the windows open to the side wooded area.
Guest Bathroom
The guest bathroom in the hallway has a bathtub with shower. The laundry room is in the guest bathroom.
The Delightful Wraparound Screened Porch
The wraparound screened porch is, in itself, the perfect way to spend a day at the beach, comfortably relaxing in the shade reading a book, having lunch and dinner at the dining table, lounging on the Adirondack chairs and watching the kids play out front or the birds dance on the lake. Watch the sun set and then come nightfall, light some or all of the many tea lights hanging on the beams. My favorite thing to do is to come out on the porch in the morning with a big cup of coffee, read the paper and watch and listen to the sounds of the birds.
