Rental
Details The Bethany
Beach Bungalow is available for weekly rentals only, from
Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 pm
and check-out no later than 10:00am. Rent includes all
utilities, local phone service, courtesy high speed internet
service and all the fun you can take. Deposit of 50% required
with signed lease to reserve date and final 50% due 30 days prior to
rental date. If booked less than 30 days in advance, full
payment is due at booking. In the event of cancellation,
initial deposit will be refunded only if week can be
rebooked. Note: Rates subject to change until
confirmed.
Renters must
bring own linens and bath towels. Rentals are
available from Bethany Resort & Rental Service http://www.beach-net.com/bethanyrental/
or call toll-free at (800) 321-1592.
Recreation/Guest Fee The Sea
Colony Recreation Association requires all guests to purchase recreational badges at the
cost of $35 per person/per week (children under 4 are free). (NOTE: AWAITING 2008 RATES) Non summer
prices: $10/per person per week 1/1/06 - 5/19/06 and
9/16/05 - 12/31/05; $15/per person per week 5/20/06 - 6/9/06 and
9/2/06 - 9/15/06.
Badges are required to
be on the property, must be visible at all times while on property
and are required for entrance to beach, pools, Fitness Center,
tennis courts, activities and use of the transportation system.Upon final payment,
you will receive a Tenant Acknowledgement to present to Sea
Colony Recreational Office, located in Sea Colony Marketplace, to
obtain badges.
Parking Upon
purchase of badges, you will receive parking permits for a
maximum of two vehicles.Trailers, campers, boats and oversized vehicles are
prohibited.Sea Colony
enforces parking restrictions and cars in unauthorized spaces may be
towed.
No Pets/No
Smoking No Exceptions. Only owners are
permitted to have pets on Sea Colony property.
All guests, whether guests of owners or renters are prohibited
from having pets in the community at any time. Violations
will result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of the full lease
payment. In the event of severe allergies, please be aware
that we have a dog that sometimes visits. If you want to
board your pet in Bethany, Shore Boarding Kennels is just down the
street. Please note that we have not personally used
them.

Beach. We have gone to South Carolina for 10 straight years
and was a little apprehensive about going to a new place. Your
condo was perfect and we really appreciated the use of the bikes and
other beach stuff. Having movies and games was also

those with young children, we recommend taking a shuttle ride, even

was perfect! My sweet husband planned this trip for my 40th
birthday for us and our 3 children. It was refreshing to leave
the beach and come back to the shade of the pine trees. My
oldest son is our Huckleberry Finn. He caught a prize
bass!
